Job Description:

Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead strategic business and technology transformation initiatives across Digital, Core Insurance, Distribution, Customer Experience, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Platforms.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of large-scale programs from conception to successful business value realization. The individual will drive project governance, execution excellence, stakeholder alignment,



budget management, risk mitigation, and delivery of enterprise initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep expertise in project delivery, agile execution, transformation management, and stakeholder engagement within Insurance, BFSI, or Digital organizations.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, business outcomes, timelines, and success metrics.
- Create and manage project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and interdependencies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Drive release planning, deployment coordination, and go-live readiness activities.
- Establish governance mechanisms to ensure execution discipline.
- Ensure realization of intended business perks and value outcomes.
