Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Maintain general ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Monitor invoices, payments, outstanding dues and account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory tax compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks and internal departments.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow and financial discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other relevant marketplaces.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and account management.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in ledger management, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, maintain financial accuracy and meet deadlines.
