Roles and Responsibilities

- Process claims adjudication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and provider information for claim processing.

- Review medical records to determine coverage decisions and resolve discrepancies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claim issues.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in back office operations or related field (medical billing).

- Solid understanding of US healthcare regulations and insurance policies.

- Proficiency in non-voice process workflows, including electronic health record systems (EHRs) and claims management software.

- Excellent analytical skills for reviewing medical records and making informed decision-making.
