We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Process Executive to handle customer queries through email, chat, and back-office operations. The candidate should possess good written communication skills, typing speed, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Process customer requests, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Perform data entry and backend operational tasks.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Handle customer information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Good written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, back-office, or non-voice process is an added advantage.
