Roles and Responsibility

* Handle customer vehicle reception, job cards, and service requirements.

* Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs and vehicle delivery.

* Achieve service revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention targets.

* Experience: 2-5 years in passenger automobile service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in automobile service advisory or a similar role.

- Solid knowledge of after-sales service processes, including warranty handling and claims processing.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
