- Track time-to-hire, joining ratio and hiring cost

Retention

- Reduce attrition in kitchen and service teams

- Run exit interviews, engagement and reward programmes

- Oversee staff welfare: accommodation, meals and uniforms

Policies & Systems

- Build HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook

- Standardise HR practices across all outlets

- Implement HRMS for attendance, leave and records

Compliance & Payroll

- Ensure PF, ESI, PT, POSH and labour law compliance

- Coordinate monthly payroll with accounts

- Design salary structures and incentive policies





- Control manpower cost as % of sales

Training & Performance

- Drive induction and training programmes

- Set up appraisals, KPIs and probation reviews

- Support internal promotions and succession planning

Employee Relations

- Handle grievances and disciplinary cases

- Manage separations and full & final settlements

Reporting & Admin

- Lead the HR and admin team

- Share monthly HR MIS with management

- Audit HR processes through regular outlet visits

- Plan hiring for current outlet launches
