Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support the internal hiring requirements of a US Staffing company. The primary responsibility will be to identify, source, screen, and engage qualified professionals for internal positions such as US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, OPT Recruiters, US IT Sales Recruiters, Account Managers, Business Development professionals, and HR/Operations roles.

The ideal candidate should understand the US staffing industry and have hands-on experience using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to build a strong internal talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand internal hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates for US Staffing positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Identify candidates with relevant experience in US IT Staffing, Recruitment, Bench Sales, OPT Recruitment, Sales, BDM, Account Management, and HR Operations.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on experience, skills, communication, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Verify candidates' experience in US staffing processes, recruitment tools, job portals, and US market practices.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring internal requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Update candidate status in the internal recruitment database.
- Conduct reference/background verification coordination wherever required.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities with HR.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to improve candidate experience and reduce dropouts.
- Track sourcing metrics, interview conversions, selections, and joining ratios.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in US Staffing Recruitment / Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Solid understanding of the US Staffing industry.
- Experience sourcing candidates for internal staffing positions is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Solid resume screening and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement abilities.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in a US/night shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with prior experience in US Staffing Internal Recruitment, Corporate Recruitment for Staffing Companies, US IT Recruitment, Bench Sales Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition will be preferred.
