The role involves handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns related to telecom products and services.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Pass,
12th Pass, Diploma,can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
