Required Skills & Experience :
- 12 - 15 years of experience in SaaS implementations, IT services, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations involving Zoho, Salesforce, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Robust technical background with the ability to engage confidently with developers, architects, and client technical teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, project governance, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in resource utilisation, project budgeting, profitability management, and delivery ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to identify upselling opportunities, grow existing accounts, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- Experience working with international clients and managing cross-functional delivery teams.
Preferred Certifications :
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or equivalent Agile certification
- Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, or other relevant applications)
