Job Title: Chat Process Executive

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic professionals with prior experience in chat support to join our growing team. The role demands excellent communication skills, quick typing speed, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in chat process/customer support is mandatory




- Undergraduates with required experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 3.43 5 LPA (CTC)
- Both-side cab facility
- 5 days working with rotational shifts and offs
