Need the Talent with Solid Technical Skills in the Product for which they would be doing pre sales

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT infrastructure solutions.
- Gather and analyse technical requirements from customers and channel partners.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution presentations, Bill of Materials (BOM), and responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs.
- Recommend appropriate hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams to obtain product specifications, configurations, pricing, and solution inputs.




- Prepare solution architecture, configuration details, technical comparisons, and compliance documents.
- Support the sales team in preparing commercial proposals and ensuring technical accuracy.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations wherever required.
- Assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Stay updated on new product launches, technology trends, OEM offerings, and competitor solutions.
- Build strong technical relationships with customers, channel partners, and OEM representatives.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to technical evaluation and closure.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements, technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Maintain documentation of customer requirements, proposals, configurations, and technical discussions.
