Job Summary

LTIMindtree is looking for an experienced AWS + Python Lead Engineer/Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable cloud-based applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, AWS cloud services, application architecture, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using Python and AWS services.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions following AWS best practices.
- Develop REST APIs, microservices, and backend applications using Python.
- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, IAM, CloudWatch, and Step Functions.
- Design and implement serverless architectures and event-driven applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
- Implement security, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or other relevant data stores.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.




- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure application reliability.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

- 1216 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python and AWS.
- Excellent Python programming skills, including object-oriented programming and advanced concepts.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud architecture and services.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployments.
- Robust understanding of CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, and monitoring.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and application performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, or AI/ML integrations.
- Experience in cloud migration, modernization, and enterprise application architecture.
