Job description

Sakaye Infotech Pvt Ltd is expanding its Infor LN practice and is hiring an experienced Infor LN Logistics Functional Consultant for a US client engagement. You will work directly with the client's business users and IT team on implementation, rollouts, enhancements and support of Infor LN (10.x / CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise).

Key responsibilities

- Run requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design with US business users.
- Configure LN master data, parameters and processes in your area.
- Write functional specifications for reports, interfaces and customisations; work with technical teams through delivery.
- Prepare test scenarios, run SIT and support UAT, data migration, cut-over and go-live.
- Provide post go-live support: incident analysis, root-cause fixes and process improvements.
- Prepare user guides and training material; train key users.
- Work closely with the Finance and other module consultants so that integration and costing are correct.

Logistics scope

- Sales: quotations, sales orders, pricing, deliveries and invoicing
- Procurement: requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and supplier management
- Warehousing: warehouse orders, inventory handling, cycle counting, inventory adjustments
- WMS-controlled warehouses, locations, inbound / outbound processing
- Shipments and freight management
- Multisite setup:



enterprise units, sites, inter-company and multicompany flows
- Finance integration (integration mapping, inventory valuation)

Required skills

- Hands-on Infor LN / Baan Logistics experience with at least [1 2] full-cycle implementations or major rollouts
- Robust understanding of business processes and how they map to LN sessions and parameters
- Good written and spoken English; confident working directly with US stakeholders
- Willing to work hours overlapping US time zones when the project needs it

Good to have

- Exposure to Infor LN Service (spare parts, returns) or Manufacturing integration
- Infor ION / OS, BODs, EDI and integration experience
- LN 10.7 / CloudSuite experience; inventory migration or warehouse conversion projects
- Industrial equipment, aerospace, energy or discrete manufacturing background
- Infor certification

Location

Chennai-based candidates are preferred. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Chennai are welcome to apply.
