- Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Connect with candidates to discuss job opportunities, experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
- Share relevant and shortlisted profiles with clients for further evaluation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up for feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and joining confirmation.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining recruitment quality and candidate engagement.
