- Manage daily operations of a retail store, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock control, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee current store opening activities, including planning, execution, and post-opening evaluation.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability through effective manpower management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, IT) to achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in retail store management or similar industry.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of Retail Operations, Store Operations, Store Management, Inventory Management, New Store Opening, Manpower Management, Shrinkage Control concepts.
