Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our real estate sales team in managing leads, coordinating with customers and sales executives, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, strong follow-up abilities, and positive knowledge of MS Office/CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.

Manage and follow up on leads received through calls, websites, portals, social media, and other sources.

Schedule property visits, meetings, and client appointments for the sales team.

Maintain and regularly update customer and lead databases.

Track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales closures.

Coordinate with clients, sales executives, channel partners, and internal departments.





Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and identify pending actions.

Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, booking forms, payment schedules, and other documentation.

Coordinate with CRM and other internal teams for accurate lead and customer information.

Maintain proper records of customer communications and transactions.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication and resolution.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

1-6years of relevant experience preferred.
