About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Specialist who understands brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and digital engagement.

The candidate will manage the social media presence of Vitagoli (Womens Wellness) and Magicine Pharma (Online Specialty Pharmacy), building distinctive brand identities through original, engaging, and visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

* Conceptualize creative campaigns, Reels, carousels, and engaging social media content.

* Write strong hooks, captions, scripts, and brand-led storytelling.

* Understand women’s consumer psychology, wellness trends, and healthcare communication.

* Work closely with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute high-quality creatives.

* Identify emerging trends, viral formats, and innovative content opportunities.

* Manage content calendars, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.

* Analyze performance, audience insights,



and competitor activities to improve engagement and organic growth.

* Maintain distinct brand voices and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Skills & Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience managing social media for D2C, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or healthcare brands.

* Exceptional creative thinking, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.

* Strong visual aesthetics and understanding of design, typography, and content presentation.

* Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels, social media trends, and audience behaviour.

* Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.

* Ability to independently develop ideas and coordinate their execution.

* Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Preferred: Experience with premium D2C brands, women’s wellness, beauty, or nutraceuticals.
