- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic power packs, cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, and piping systems.
- Diagnose and rectify hydraulic system failures, pressure losses, oil leakages, and performance issues.
- Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
- Conduct hydraulic pressure testing and system performance verification.
- Replace hydraulic seals, hoses, fittings, filters, and hydraulic oil as required.
- Monitor hydraulic oil condition and contamination levels.
Mechanical Maintenance
- Perform maintenance of gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, couplings, pumps, compressors, and production machinery.
- Carry out machine alignment, leveling, assembly, and dismantling activities.
- Replace worn-out mechanical components and ensure proper machine functionality.
- Conduct lubrication and condition monitoring activities.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and shutdown maintenance activities.
- Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and relocation.
