- Will be working on Pharma/Healthcare Direct client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job
specifications.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through
various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client
requirements on time.
