Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

- Oversee team supervision, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.

- Implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.

- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize losses.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in department management or related field (retail operations).

- Robust skills in floor operations, floor management, inventory management, retail operations, shrinkage control, stock management, team supervision, and visual merchandising.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
