We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Administrators with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, ITSM, configuration, customization, integrations, and platform support.

Key Skills Required:

- ServiceNow Administration and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, SLA).
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Notifications.
- CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- REST/SOAP Integrations, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- ServiceNow Scripting, Automation, ACLs, Update Sets, Instance Cloning, and Upgrades.
- Reports, Dashboards, Performance Analytics,



and Production Troubleshooting.
