Job Summary :

You will lead paid media across our portfolio, covering both brand-building and performance campaigns.We run our media in-house, with Meta as the core platform and D2C customer acquisition a key part ofthe role. You will also plan and run brand campaigns on YouTube, OTT/CTV and other video platforms for brands such as Woodwards and Skore.We need someone senior enough to build media strategy and plans from business objectives, and who will run, optimise and fix campaigns in Ads Manager themselves as part of the day job. You will also own SEO, lead the media planning team and be accountable for the quality of what it delivers.

What you will do :

Strategy & Planning

- Translate business and marketing objectives into clear media strategies and detailed plans by brand, channel and month
- Set acquisition targets and guardrails for Love Depot, managing CAC, net ROAS and contribution margin, not platform-reported ROAS alone
- Decide budget allocation across Meta, Google and other paid channels, and reallocate based on performance

Meta & Performance Media

- Own Meta performance campaigns end to end: account structure, audiences, bidding, budgets,creative testing and scaling
- Work within Metas ad policies for restricted categories, and keep accounts healthy + compliant
- Brief creative and UGC needs based on performance learnings, and run a structured creative testing programme
- Run Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max where they add incremental acquisition

Brand campaigns

- Plan and run brand campaigns on YouTube, OTT/CTV and other video and digital platforms for Woodwards and Skore
- Build reach and frequency plans, evaluate platform and publisher proposals, and negotiate buys

directly or through agencies

- Measure brand campaigns on the right metrics (reach, CPM, completion rates, brand lift)



and connect them to downstream performance where possible

SEO

- Own the SEO roadmap for Love Depot and brand sites: technical health, content and on-page,tracked against organic traffic and revenue

What we need you to bring

Above all, we want someone who takes real ownership of business outcomes, not just media metrics.You care whether the business is doing well, and you act like it. You look beyond your own remit: tracking

stock levels on hero SKUs, chasing restocks and launch dates, and flagging when a product you're spending behind is at risk. Youre curious about the products and the category, research current products and spot opportunities before youre asked. And you keep brand and creative teams on their toes so assets are ready when media needs them.

- 8 to 10 years in media planning and execution, with recent, hands-on experience running Meta performance campaigns
- A track record in D2C customer acquisition, with clear results you can talk through
- Fluency with Meta Ads Manager and its reporting; working experience of Google Ads
- Experience planning and buying brand campaigns on YouTube, OTT/CTV and other video platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Shopify analytics and third-party attribution tools
- Experience advertising in restricted categories on Meta (sexual wellness, health, alcohol, gaming (or similar) is a strong plus
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable building your own models in Excel and running a disciplined reporting cycle
- Graduate; MBA preferred
