ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Growth & Profit Operator who can take responsibility for the growth, sales, collections, profitability and cash generation of two growing businesses:

WHAT YOU WILL DO1. BUSINESS GROWTH

- Develop and execute monthly growth plans.
- Identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build recent acquisition channels.
- Improve existing lead conversion.
- Increase average client value.
- Develop repeat and recurring business.
- Create cross-selling opportunities between Sonisvision and Billionpreet.
- Develop strategic B2B partnerships.

2. SALES MANAGEMENT

You will work closely with the sales team to:

- Set monthly sales targets.
- Track daily performance.
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion.
- Improve follow-up systems.
- Review pending proposals.
- Improve closing ratios.
- Create sales scripts and SOPs.
- Implement performance-based incentives.
- Identify underperforming sales resources.
- Build a predictable sales pipeline.

3. CASH FLOW & COLLECTIONS

You will be responsible for making sure that revenue actually becomes cash.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily collections.
- Reduce outstanding payments.
- Establish advance-payment discipline.
- Follow up on pending invoices.
- Track receivables.
- Identify payment leakage.
- Maintain collection dashboards.
- Coordinate with Finance.

4. PROFIT MANAGEMENT

The role is directly connected to profitability.

You will:

- Monitor business expenses.
- Improve gross margins.
- Control unnecessary expenditure.
- Improve revenue per employee.
- Track marketing ROI.
- Identify low-margin services.




- Increase high-margin service sales.
- Reduce operational leakage.
- Improve overall business profitability.

5. MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION

Work with the marketing team to build:

- YouTube lead generation
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Referral channels
- B2B partnerships
- Corporate client acquisition
- Existing-client marketing
- Cross-selling campaigns

The goal is not simply to generate more leads.

The goal is to generate profitable leads.6. SERVICE DELIVERY

Growth should not damage client experience.

You will coordinate with service heads to ensure:

- Timely delivery
- Proper SOP implementation
- Client communication
- Complaint resolution
- Client retention
- Upselling
- Review generation
- Service quality

7. BUSINESS AUTOMATION

You will help create a business that runs through systems rather than individual employees.

You will be expected to implement:

CRM → Lead Assignment → Follow-up → Proposal → Payment → Service → Completion → Review → Upsell

You will identify repetitive processes that can be automated.

8. MANAGEMENT REPORTING

You will prepare regular management reports covering:

- Revenue
- Collections
- Cash flow
- Net cash reserve
- PAT
- Sales conversion
- Marketing ROI
- Outstanding receivables
- Expenses
- Team productivity
- Client retention
- Upsell revenue
