About Nuraview
We build AI systems that do the work of a 10-20 person sales team, from finding buying signals to researching companies, writing personalized outreach and managing replies. We also deliver AI systems for clients in real estate, finance, healthcare, e-commerce and B2B services. Our team is fully remote, and there is no office to relocate to or commute to.

The role
You'll design, build and ship the AI pipelines behind our products and client projects. You'll own systems end to end, from architecture to production, and work directly with our project managers and founder.

What you'll do

- Build LLM-powered pipelines in Python for lead discovery, company research, ICP scoring and personalized outreach
- Design agent and automation workflows in code that connect CRMs, email, WhatsApp and support tools
- Write and iterate on prompts, evaluation sets and guardrails so outputs stay accurate and on-brand
- Build data ingestion and signal-tracking services (hiring, funding, expansions, RFPs) that run reliably at scale
- Monitor cost, latency and quality in production, and fix what breaks
- Deliver client projects on tight timelines with clear documentation and handover

What we're looking for





- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years shipping LLM-based products to production
- Robust Python, including async, testing and clean project structure
- Experience with the Anthropic, OpenAI or similar APIs
- Hands-on experience with tool use and agents, RAG, structured outputs and prompt evaluation
- Experience building API integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, WhatsApp Business, Shopify, or similar)
- Comfort with Postgres/Supabase, task queues and backend frameworks such as FastAPI
- Clear written English and the ability to work independently and asynchronously with a remote team

Nice to have

- Email deliverability knowledge (domain warm-up, verification, sender reputation)
- Experience in sales tech, lead generation or agency delivery
- Docker and cloud deployment experience
