Job Description
We are looking for a warm, organised, and action-oriented leader who can ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations, support the team, engage effectively with parents, and create a positive experience for every child and family.
We welcome candidates from any industry who have experience in sales, operations, administration, team coordination, or customer engagement and are looking to build a career in the education sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre and daycare.
2. Coordinate teachers, support staff, and daily centre activities.
3. Manage parent interactions, walk-ins, and enquiries with a focus on admissions conversion.
4. Drive admissions, follow-ups, and fee collections to achieve centre targets.
5. Ensure timely CRM updates, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
6. Coordinate materials, activities, events, field trips, and necessary permissions.
7. Manage third-party activity class partnerships and centre-level collaborations.
8. Work closely with the Centre Head to achieve admissions and overall centre targets.
9. Take ownership of responsibilities, resolve operational challenges,
and ensure the centre functions efficiently.
10. Maintain a positive and welcoming workplace for children, parents, and staff.
Who Can Apply?
1. Graduates with 1-4 years of experience in any industry, preferably in roles involving sales, operations, administration, or team coordination.
2. Candidates with experience in operations, administration, admissions, customer service, or team management will be preferred.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Genuine interest in children, education, and parent engagement.
5. Proficiency in basic data entry and CRM tools.
6. Confident, positive, people-oriented, and proactive individuals with a problem-solving mindset.
7. Ability to multitask, manage responsibilities independently, and work towards targets.
