Job Summary

ARCA Global International School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with school management, principals, and department heads.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment progress.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and feedback coordination.
- Coordinate salary negotiations, offer letters,



and joining formalities.
- Verify candidate qualifications, experience, references, and documents as required.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and employee joining records.
- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Required Qualifications and Skills

- Masters in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting for schools or educational institutions is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

- Timely closure of vacancies.
- Quality of candidates shortlisted and hired.
- Recruitment targets achieved.
- Offer acceptance and joining ratios.
- Accuracy of recruitment documentation and reports.
