Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire recent clients and grow existing ones.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities for various products such as CASA , credit cards, loans, insurance, mutual funds, FDs, TPP, NRI services etc.

- Develop strategies to increase portfolio size through retention and acquisition efforts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall relationship management.

- Meet sales targets set by the organization.
