About the Role

Help tell the Skalable story and build a strong growth engine for the US market. As a Sales and Marketing Operations Associate, you will combine research, CRM discipline, campaigns and AI-assisted content to help our teams reach the right prospects and follow through consistently.

What You Will Do

- Research target accounts, industries, decision-makers and market signals
- Keep HubSpot records, lists, sequences and campaign data accurate and practical
- Prepare outreach, presentations, proposals and sales meeting briefs
- Coordinate campaigns, events and follow-up activities for the US market
- Use AI to accelerate research, draft content and personalize outreach, while checking facts and tone
- Track activity and results, identify gaps and improve repeatable processes
- Take ownership of details and move work through completion

What You Bring





- 2 to 4 years in sales operations, marketing operations, business development or a related role
- Strong research, writing, spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot
- Clear communication and dependable follow-through
- Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for learning new tools

Preferred

- Experience supporting US B2B technology or consulting markets
- Campaign operations, lead enrichment or sales enablement experience
- Familiarity with ERP, finance technology or enterprise software
