Job Summary
NextIELTS is looking for a proactive, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert prospective student enquiries into paid IELTS course enrolments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach and the ability to manage leads effectively and achieve enrolment targets.
We are open to candidates who prefer working from home, as well as candidates willing to work from the office.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and counsel prospective students about IELTS preparation courses.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into paid course enrolments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively and close sales.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up schedules and sales pipeline records in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
- Track lead conversion performance and consistently improve sales outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, education counselling or business development.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation and lead management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, organised and result-oriented.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience selling IELTS courses, English-language training, test preparation programmes or other educational courses is an advantage.
- Candidates with a proven track record of converting education leads into paid enrolments will be preferred.
