Job Description:

Role: Wi-Fi Telemetry Engineer / OMA

This is a combination of Wireless Networking + Network Monitoring/Observability + Python Automation + Dashboards + Platform Operations.

Need candidate Wi-Fi/network performance data from different systems, combine it,



analyse it, and build dashboards that help teams identify network problems before users complain.

Should able maintain the monitoring platform, dashboards and data pipelines

Skills

Any of Wi-Fi, 802.11, RF, wireless controllers, access points (APs), Cisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist, Ruckus, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS and RADIUS/802.1X.

Hands-on experience with Splunk, Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Prometheus, SolarWinds or similar monitoring platforms. Candidates should know how to collect and analyse performance data.

Handing Python scripting, REST APIs, SQL or SPL (Splunk Search Processing Language), automation and data integration. The person should be able to automate data collection and reporting.

Hand on experience in Grafana dashboards, Splunk dashboards, network health metrics, SLA reporting, trend analysis, anomaly detection and root-cause correlation.

The candidate should be able to maintain the telemetry/monitoring platform, troubleshoot data ingestion failures, manage upgrades and backups, handle incidents, document runbooks and improve automation
