Job Description (Deliveries/ Role of the position) :
Overall head of operation. His deliveries are
1. Drive and support all production units/lines and achieve production targets /excellence.
2. Drive and support Material department for effective materials management & inventory control
3. Reduce rejection, reworking and customer complaint and achieve quality targets working closely with quality department
4. Drive and support maintenance department in preparing preventive maintenance schedule and in implementing the same
5. Drive and support IE department and Process Engineering Department in process improvements, cycle time reduction and achieve optimum utility of men and machine
6. Ensure despatch schedule maintenance
7. Ensure Accident-free safety culture and workplace
8. Implement TMP and 5S
