The ideal candidate should possess the following experience, skills, and domain expertise
- Minimum graduate with 36 years of proven experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably within the Staffing, Recruitment, HR Consulting, or Managed Services industry.
- Solid understanding of Payroll Services, Labour Compliance, PF, ESIC, statutory compliances, and employee documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
