Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Support consulting and advisory projects through research, data collection, analysis, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, concept notes, proposals, and other client deliverables.
- Conduct secondary research, market assessments, policy reviews, and stakeholder mapping to support project objectives.
- Analyze data and synthesize findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder consultations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project execution.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and knowledge management initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and sector developments relevant to assigned projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research and interpret information from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Management, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 0-2 years Entry Level
