We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Corporate Relations Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, build strategic partnerships, generate placement opportunities for students, and drive corporate engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

- Corporate Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry leaders.
- Placement Recruitment: Identify job openings, coordinate recruitment drives, and generate placement opportunities for students.
- Business Development: Identify potential corporate clients and explore opportunities for corporate training, skill development, and recruitment partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate partners and ensure effective communication.
- Campus Recruitment: Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, recruitment events, industry interactions, and corporate presentations.
- Market Research: Research industry hiring trends, workforce requirements, and emerging skill demands to identify current opportunities.
- Networking: Represent the organization at corporate meetings, industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.
- Target Achievement:



Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to corporate tie-ups, placement opportunities, and business development.
- Reporting Documentation: Maintain corporate databases, partnership records, meeting reports, placement trackers, and follow-up schedules.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Training Placement team, trainers, and management to align student skills with industry requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, placement management, or B2B relationship management.
- Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and HR teams.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and professional email communication.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and business development activities, when required.
