Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including purchase and sales entries, payments, receipts, banking transactions, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries using Tally / Tally Prime.
- Record and verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Handle payment, receipt, cash, and bank entries.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage GST-related accounting activities and maintain GST records.
- Calculate TDS and handle related accounting entries.
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Maintain ledgers and accurate financial records.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting transactions.




- Assist in preparing GST/TDS data and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation (BRS).
- Customer and vendor reconciliation.
- Valuable MS Excel skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Working Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with 1 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience and practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and reconciliation.
