Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to support apprenticeship hiring activities in and around Ankleshwar. The primary responsibility will be to visit nearby villages, Gram Panchayats, educational institutions, and local communities to identify and mobilize eligible candidates for apprenticeship opportunities at our Ankleshwar plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit villages and local Gram Panchayats to promote apprenticeship opportunities.
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayat representatives, village leaders, and local community members to generate candidate referrals.
- Identify and mobilize eligible candidates from nearby rural areas.
- Conduct basic candidate counselling regarding apprenticeship opportunities, eligibility criteria, stipend, and joining procedures.
- Collect candidate details, educational documents, and other required information.
- Coordinate with the HR team for candidate screening, document verification, and joining formalities.




- Organize local awareness activities and candidate mobilization drives.
- Maintain daily reports of village visits, candidate leads, referrals, and hiring progress.
- Support the HR team in achieving apprenticeship hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with an HR or relevant background preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to nearby villages and Gram Panchayats.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining recruitment data.
- Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Ankleshwar will be preferred.

Compensation & Work Location

- Monthly Stipend: 15,000
