Job Summary

Oversee financial operations, corporate accounting, vendor reconciliation, and fiscal compliance. Stag Elevators is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee comprehensive financial operations, regulatory reporting, and vendor reconciliations across our Indian and overseas operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting our rapid expansion.

Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ledger management, and monthly financial closes.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor reconciliations, and international procurement transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, corporate taxation, and statutory audit requirements.
- Prepare detailed financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and executive management reports.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Requirements

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on corporate accounting experience in manufacturing, engineering,



or trading enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST filing, TDS regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime / Zoho Books / ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel.
- Robust analytical capability with high attention to financial precision.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce / Accounting, CA Inter, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling import documentation, customs duty reconciliation, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Proven track record in streamlining internal accounting controls.
