B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Experience

Experience in the Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Plan manpower, machines, and material requirements.
- Ensure product quality, process compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production output and minimize rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain production reports and achieve productivity targets.

Required Skills

- Solid production planning and shop-floor management skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Good team handling, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
