The Onboarding Contractual SPOC is responsible for coordinating and managing onboarding activities for employees, ensuring a seamless joining experience.
The role includes:
* Conducting induction sessions,
* Validating employee documentation,
* Creating employee IDs,
* Maintaining personnel records,
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and onboarding procedures.
Candidates should have;
* Excellent Communication skills
* Be ok to Work from Office
* Open to 6 days working
* Should be currently staying in Pune
