SALES MANAGER

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant B2B sales experience gas detectors and fire safety equipment.

Locations: Delhi & Noida

About the Role

We are looking for experienced, target-oriented Sales Managers with a proven track record in B2B sales of gas detectors and fire safety equipment. The role involves developing recent business, managing industrial clients, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for portable and fixed gas detectors, fire safety equipment, SCBA sets, and related services.

Generate leads through prospecting, client visits, industry contacts, and referrals.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product recommendations, demonstrations, and site surveys.

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.

Build and maintain relationships with purchase, EHS, safety, engineering, and maintenance teams.

Handle enquiries, vendor registrations, tenders, and follow-ups.

Achieve agreed sales, revenue,



and payment collection targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch, and after-sales support.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular reports covering client meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in gas detectors and fire safety equipment.

Proven ability to generate business independently and achieve sales targets.

Good understanding of industrial customers, procurement processes, and technical sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits across Delhi NCR and other assigned territories.

An existing network of relevant industrial clients will be an added advantage.

Graduation in a relevant discipline; a technical qualification will be preferred.

Preferred Notice Period - Immediate Joiner to maximum of 15 days
