Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AWB preparation.
- Positive knowledge of airline booking procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good coordination, documentation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MAWB (Master Air Waybill) and HAWB (House Air Waybill).
- Submit ASI and prepare gate passes.
- Prepare final handover sets and submit e-AWB.
- Coordinate with customers for smooth cargo clearance.
- Communicate with airlines regarding carting and shipment requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines for AWB amendments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all AWB-related documentation.
