Executes day-to-day identity and access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews for users onboarded through acquisitions, ensuring accounts are correctly created across target systems.
Reports to: IAM Engineer / Project Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Process user account creation, modification, and deprovisioning requests across target platforms
- Execute access provisioning per role-based access templates during integration waves
- Perform access reviews and reconcile identity data between source and target systems
- Support license assignment and group/distribution list membership updates
- Document and track provisioning tickets in ServiceNow
- Assist with data validation during identity migration cutovers
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in identity and access management or IT operations
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and ticketing systems
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow access control procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/IAM ticketing tools
- Experience supporting M&A-driven; identity consolidations; exposure to SailPoint or Okta
