Position: Interior Foreman

Reports To: Project Manager

Location: Project Site Gurgaon.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Foreman to supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at real estate development projects. The candidate will manage site execution, manpower, subcontractors, materials and quality while ensuring timely completion as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior and finishing works at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings,specifications and schedule.
- Manage workers, subcontractors and daily manpower allocation.
- Coordinate flooring, tiling, false ceiling, gypsum, painting,carpentry, joinery, doors and other finishing works.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and site teams for execution issues.
- Check material availability and control material wastage.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and ensure timely snag rectification.
- Monitor daily progress and report delays or site issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Assist with final inspection, snagging and project handover.




- Understand and work in line with FMS (Field Monitoring System)and checklist-based tracking requirements at site.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Civil, Interior, Construction or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works.
- Experience in real estate, residential apartments, villas, commercial or luxury projects preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of interior materials, finishing techniques and drawings.
