We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Channel Head to lead our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales management, business development, and leadership. This position is based in Lucknow (Preferred), Noida, Delhi NCR, or Pan India.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and customers.
- Identify current business opportunities and drive growth through strategic planning and negotiation.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.




- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate sector.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in channel sales management, business development, and leadership.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including commercial mall projects and retail leasing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in partner relationship management and strategic planning.
