Job Purpose
To drive branch business growth through recruitment, development, and management of insurance advisors and agency managers while achieving sales, profitability, and persistency targets. Responsible for overall branch operations, team productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Achieve branch premium and revenue targets.
- Drive new business acquisition through the agency channel.
- Increase market penetration and branch profitability.
- Execute sales campaigns and local marketing activities.
- Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies.
Agency Recruitment & Development
- Recruit quality Insurance Advisors and Agency Managers.
- Conduct advisor induction, training, and activation programs.
- Ensure advisor productivity, retention, and business generation.
- Develop a robust advisor network in the assigned territory.
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate Agency Managers and advisors.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
- Support low-performing team members with action plans.
- Build a high-performance sales culture.
Persistency & Customer Service
- Improve policy persistency and renewal performance.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and grievance resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
