Cardio Surgery

- Coder (Cardio + IVR) – Up to 13 LPA
- Trainer – Up to 15 LPA
- Supervisor – Up to 16 LPA
- Experience: 6+ Years; on-paper QA experience mandatory

Certification: CPC / CIC / CCS
Notice Period: Immediate to 2 Months
Requirement: Relieving letter is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes.
- Analyze clinical documentation and identify DRG assignments.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Audit coded charts for accuracy and compliance.





- Identify coding errors and provide feedback to coders.
- Monitor quality scores and support process improvements.
- Manage daily team operations and workflow.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Handle escalations and support team performance.
- Validate DRG assignments against clinical documentation.
- Review coding accuracy, sequencing, and DRG compliance.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrections.
- Review cardiovascular and interventional radiology medical records.
- Assign accurate procedure and diagnosis codes.
- Follow coding guidelines and maintain quality standards.
