Role Overview

We are looking for a Sprinklr Platform & Analytics Specialist to lead social media platform operations, data extraction, reporting, governance, and analytics. The role will support the design and implementation of scalable reporting solutions while partnering with marketing, business, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer the Sprinklr platform, including publishing, listening, engagement, and reporting modules.
- Support social media operations, campaign execution, and platform governance.
- Extract, validate, and analyze Sprinklr data for reporting and business insights.
- Define, document, and govern KPIs and reporting metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and drive adoption.
- Partner with BI teams to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for automation and data integration.
- Create and maintain platform documentation, processes, and operational playbooks.
- Support vendor coordination, user onboarding, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Sprinklr platform administration and operations.
- Robust understanding of social media publishing,



listening, engagement, and analytics.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience creating governance, process, and operational documentation.
- Business Analysis, requirements elicitation & data analysis
- Expert level proficiency in SQL writing

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Sprinklr APIs and data integrations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, or data warehousing platforms.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region social media operations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows and automation.
