Job Summary

Were looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the qualified shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis. In line with EYs commitment to quality, youll confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EYs quality standards and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As an influential member of the team, youll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop. As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IAM operations, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.




- Ensure appropriate access controls are implemented and maintained across applications and systems.
- Lead periodic access reviews, certifications, and compliance activities to meet audit requirements.
- Monitor and resolve IAM-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Manage IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Security, HR, IT, and business teams to support secure identity lifecycle management.
- Lead and mentor IAM operations team members while ensuring service quality, governance, and risk reduction.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Huddle Boards for work tracking, documentation, team collaboration, reporting, and operational governance.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in IAM Operation
