Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Python, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and build scalable, intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Build AI-powered applications using Python and relevant AI frameworks.
- Work on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Explore Agentic AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Integrate AI models with applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, and optimize solutions.




- Collaborate with data science, software engineering, and business teams.
- Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and follow AI development best practices.
- Deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, software development, or related technical fields.
- Robust programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and neural networks.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and application integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms and production deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
