9) Overallknowledge of inductor changing, lancing, pot cleaning process
10) Excellence inimplementation of 5S and Autonomous Maintenance activities at shop floor
11) Conversant with yardmanagement practices, inventory movement and overall functioning of CoatedGI/GL plant from input to output.
12) Effective andefficient utilization of shift manpower
13) Well conversant withsoft skills - report generation in excel, PPT preparation.
14) Knowledge of HRgrades and their process parameters at GI/GL lines for Soft/Hard/Structuralgrades.
15) In depth knowledgeof various CR defects, HR defects affecting GI/GL product quality.

Knowledge of variousGI/GL defects with an online corrective action plan.
17) Preparation ofshutdown plan and effective compliance with coordinating departments.
18) Knowledge ofbath chemistry, alloying elements in GI/GL bath and effectively managingstandard composition.
